EASAB KHAN versus STATE
Criminal Code of Conduct (CCPC) Section 426 (1A) Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 185 (3), suspension of punishment of the accused under suspension and release on bail under section 426 (1A). The charges, the CCP, had not yet finished issuing a directive to the High Court through the Supreme Court, but within a month, the criminal appeal of the accused was not required to be dealt with as the accused appeared before the High Court for his preliminary hearing. Miscellaneous appeal may be submitted in the criminal appeal. So accordingly the accused was appealed by the Supreme Court
