KHUSHI MUHAMMAD versus SAFDAR ALI
Section 574 of the Transfer of Property Act 1882 was a sale of immovable property by a lawyer by a lawyer who executed the power of attorney on the suit property in favor of the defendant, who was his nephew. He sold the property to his minor. The son, Power of Attorney Trial Court, dismissed the case in which the sale was challenged shortly after his execution, while the lower appellate court overturned the findings and his decision after the trial was not correct. The amount paid was never sold where the consent of the principal was not sold, such sale was not valid, the sale in question was illegal, and was considered a shameful transaction, in the eyes of the judgment and decree of the law. Cannot void and colony cannot be verified. Lower Appellate Court dismissed
