Appeals were filed before the service tribunal after the dismissal by the Labor Court following the addition of Section 2A of the Service Tribunals Act, 1973, while the application was not considered by the service tribunal for contempt of delay. It was said that the review of the appeals was set aside by the Order of Service Tribunal Supreme Court and delays in obtaining remand of the cases for decision on petitions.
