West Pakistan WAPDA Employees (Retirement) Rules 1979 6 R6 (b) Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Arts 212 and 199 Government employees who were not eligible for the post of Tehsildar for not less than 50 years. On January 1, this year, the appointment was made under the West Pakistan Tehsildar and Deputy Tehsil Service Rules, 1962, the High Court had no jurisdiction under Article 199 of the Constitution. The matter will come under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Service Tribunal in view of Article 1212 of the Constitution of Pakistan.
