MUHAMMAD JAMIL versus UNIVERSITY OF PESHAWAR
The University of Peshawar Act 1974 Section 31 (1) Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 199 Constitutional application appeared in the examination of the M.Ed., organized by the candidate of the University Institute, in which such candidates did not belong to the University. They were not allowed to take the exam. Candidates were allowed to take the examination at their own risk and cost under the direction of the High Court in a constitutional application and the result of the candidates was to be subject to the decision to represent the said institution. The Syndicate of the University of Syndicate was born in connection with the announcement of the candidates' results after the institution rejected the affiliation representation by dispute, the admission granted to the candidates was without and with the institution's affiliation with the university. Violations of the University Offensive Provisions Act, 1974, when the representation was rejected by the syndicate, the High Court was unable to issue any directive to the University, an earlier constitutional request for the candidates to declare such results.
