BABAR ZAFAR versus THE STATE
The crime of adultery (Enforcement Hood) ordinance 1979 section 11 Anti Terrorism Act (XXVII of 1997), the testimony of section 7 evidence was examined by prosecution despite the incident in a densely populated area before the court. The love letters and photos shown on the record showed a love affair between the abductor and the principal accused abductor AP on the request of his father and other relatives in this case. The departing investigation could not find any trace, the accused was acquitted on the benefit of the doubt in the circumstances.
