The Pakistan Penal Code Section 406/420/494/496/506 Criminal Code of Conduct (v. 1898), an illegal dispute between the 555 parties who have been spouses cannot be declared as a gift from the husband to the wife. The process is to continue. The court was adjudicated magistrate and accordingly the complainant was dismissed. May proceed with the civil court / family court for the recovery of the aforesaid sum and jewelry in another case.
