It was not ruled out because again the argument between him and the board was that he was a master and a servant and merely by adopting legal rules, the relationship would not be turned into a legal relationship Government Government's directive under which applicants. The showcase notice was issued covering the entirety of subsections (5) and (6). Constitutional application cannot be interfered with in section 12 of the Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education Act 1976
