Writing sections 42 and 44 of the Azad Jammu and Kashmir Interim Constitution Act of 1974, the request for retaining the Koto Warranty was dropped on the Lache Oil Ground. The notion of bribery was not applied to the writ of warrant and it was stated that the writ could not be rejected. The petition on the basis of bribe was required to be fully inspected and the case was fit in which the RAM petition could be admitted instead of being rejected in the limit, which could not be construed as limiting the RAM petition.
