Criminal (Special Courts) Ordinance 1984 Section 6 (2) in relation to banks and Schedule II Criminal Procedure Code (V9 1898), Section 417 Sentencing Regulation (XLV of 1860) provisions 409/419/420/467 & 468 transfer of probate Special appeal filed in Special Court High Court, on appeal against the verdict of the accused, order to acquit the special court established under the orders of the banks (Special Courts) Ordinance, 1984 and separate the case related to the remand, against the accused. A lawsuit was filed in 1977 when the aforesaid ordinance was not enforced, nor any special court convicted for some of the offenses mentioned in Schedule II according to the said ordinance. The accused was charged with an indictment which was increased and some other important allegations were made under the provisions of the ordinance. The trial was not merely legalized by the special court, but it was of a special nature and was stricter than the provisions of the Common Law High Court; in the circumstances, it was not legally contested.
