MOLAZIM HUSSAIN versus THE INSPECTOR-GENERAL OF POLICE, PUNJAB, LAHORE
Section 195 of the Criminal Code (CCPC) and 561A Panel Code (XLV of 1860), Section 182 the accused moved the complaint to the Inspector General of Police through a petition against some persons, following a secret inquiry. Had concluded the complaint. The accused was a liar, baseless and baseless Sub Inspector Police sent Qalandra to a court magistrate to prosecute the accused under section 182; the PPC accused took section 551A, CRP to end the proceedings against him. A petition was filed under C which stated that Qalandra had sent to the court. The Magistrate complained that the complainant / accused in connection with the validity of Article 195, CCP was not charged by the Inspector General of Police, who had made the wrong request / complaint and that no officer was above the Inspector General. Submitted the provisions of CRPC, Section 1952, Section 182, PPC proceedings prohibiting proceedings against the accused, which could not be proved wrong, were ordered to be canceled.
