Defendants of Pakistan Panel Code Sections 302 (b), 392/34 and 411/34 testimony were not named in the FIR. The victim himself was brought to the hospital by eyewitnesses, the prosecution thus failed to prove his case against the accused without any suspicion, the accused was acquitted under the circumstances.
