And after the judgment of the High Court and the District Court, he was the owner of the land, and in his favor the Revenue Record implemented the judgment and decree of the courts. The contents of the FIR were not committed by the accused under the sections 409, 466, 468, 471, 109. , PPC and Section 5 (2) of the Prevention of Corruption Act. In 1947, the affected FIR was crushed and accordingly the constitutional petition was accepted.
