SULEMAN versus SUB-DIVISIONAL MAGISTRATE, LARKANA
Section 14 of the Sindh Crimes Control Act 1975 criminal code of conduct (v. 1898), charges of section 555 in which the accused was dependent on the money of the thief, bhang and partner with other criminals and section 14 of a criminal case against them. Were the accused under The Crimes Against Property (Enforcement Hood) Ordinance, 1979 did not satisfy the proper grounds for initiating proceedings against them under section 14 of the Sindh Crimes Control Act, 1975, and the Tribunal pursuant to sections 5 and 6 of the said Act. Did not comply with the mandatory provisions. Despite issuing summons, non-bailable warrants were issued against the accused before the tribunal could be restrained.
