The Pakistan Penal Code Section 302 law requires the holding of the testimony (Article 10 of 1984), Article 22 Identity Parade only in cases where the witness is merely momentarily glimpse of the accused and claims that he is a witness. I have known or met the witness multiple times before, the identity of the accused can be conveyed through the parade, as in such cases the witness can also identify the accused.
