MUHAMMAD SADIQ versus ADDITIONAL COMMISSIONER (CONSOLIDATION), RAWALPINDI
The Consolidation Officer alleges that the West Pakistan Stability Holding Ordinance amends sections 11 and 13 of the West Pakistan Land Revenue Act of 1960 (XVII of 1967), against the Compliance Amendment Order of the Stability Officer before the Section 164 Additional Commissioner (Stability). The Consolidation Scheme was created by secret and fraudulent alliances. The petitioner's review was rejected by the Additional Commissioner (Stability) on the ground that the applicants filed a review without first taking advantage of the appeal available under the Section 11 West Pakistan Consolidation of Holdings Ordinance, 1960's Validity Board of Revenue, Commissioner and District Collector was automatically assigned the responsibility of the MOTO under section 13 of the West Pakistan Consolidation of Holdings Ordinance, 1960, whose jurisdiction may be invoked in special circumstances and any such Special circumstances are not available when the applicants are provided for in law c I failed to take advantage of Peel treatment. On the issue of not accepting the jurisdiction of the Additional Commissioner, the scheme was confirmed with the consent of the landlords, the scheme was confirmed in the open assembly and the applicants signed the scheme with a thumbs up sign. Therefore, it cannot be justified in order to stabilize this stability.
