MUHAMMAD ISHAQUE versus STATE

The accused was convicted on the basis of Section 497 Prevention Code (XLV of 1860), section 302/34 murder conviction, joint intention bail, absence of evidence as the basis for the grant of bail, while the accompanying accused faced trial.
