SHAHID LQBAL versus THE STATE
The Pakistan Penal Code section 302/34/109 in defining the evidence said the accused had no role in the incident except that he had incited his accomplice (fugitive), who had committed the murder of five persons. According to the evidence in the record, the accused said that he had already committed the murder of nine persons and did not have to commit the murder of anyone else, therefore, assigning the role of inciting those persons to the accused, in this case. There was nothing I could do to excite and provoke some evidence to get involved. Claimed to be a fast friend of the aforementioned co-accused, there was no credible, strong and reliable evidence presented by the prosecutor stating that the commission's involvement in the crime The suspects involved were acquitted.
