Article 9 (3) Deputy Commissioner in exercise of powers under section 9 (3) of the Provincial Administered Tribal Areas (Article VI of 1959), Article 13 Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 13 Constitution of West Pakistan. Due to the tenant's dismissal (Nafaz Shariat Shariah) Rule, 1994, the Deputy Commissioner had no legal authority to exercise such judicial powers, the landlord could refer to the competent court, as to the resolution of his complaint.
