AZAM KHAN AFFANDI versus DEPUTY COMMISSIONER

Will not be reported to the owner when the plaintiff in question was underground. Entitled to receive the compensation of the acquired land and the value of the trees standing on the disputed land which was sold / auctioned so that they can clear the land for construction o f hydropower stations.
