MUHAMMAD FAROOQ versus CHAIRMAN, EVACUEE TRUST PROPERTY-
Section 8 (1) (3), 9 and 14 of the Evacuee Trust Properties (Management and Disposal) Act 1975, Article 9 Constitutional Order (1 of 1981), Article 9 Constitution Petitioner had purchased the property at auction, after which the Evacuee Trust Property Board Chairman of the Settlement Department of the Auction held the auction. The transfer of the said property as vacant property and the transfer / auction was canceled in favor of the buyer, the legitimate order of the chairman was canceled, based on the facts contained by the Evoki Trust Property Board evidence which was applauded by the chairman, Avoc. There was no defamatory order. Interference with the constitutional petition was not sought as the property board was lawful
