The testimony of the Pakistan Penal Code Sections 302 and 304 was self-defense, the accused's plea was also injured in the incident which took place in the year 1986 and since then the accused were convicted under Section 302, PPC. Under Section 4304, the PPC changed the sentence of life imprisonment to another, which had already been reduced under those conditions.
