Pakistan Penal Code Section 242424 / / Cri 34 Code of Criminal Procedure (v. 1898), section 417 (2A) appealed against the breach of contract between the parties to the extent that the accused sought bail so that he could be released on bail. On the basis of the settlement by the trial court in the case, therefore, the wrongful verdict was issued by the magistrate, and the case was referred to the trial court for fresh decision in accordance with law.
