MUHAMMAD YOUSAF versus PUNJAB SMALL INDUSTRIES CORPORATION
Industrial Relations Ordinance 1969 Sections 15 and 22A (8) (g) of unfair practice by employees who had obtained permanent employment status had alleged in their plea that the employers had not met the stipulated period. Employers were instructed to apply for employees when they were performing their duties satisfactorily while working and had fulfilled the required time under the law and became a permanent employee of the law process. Do not terminate employees' services, such as a charge sheet, without formal observation. Show cause notices, and appropriate inquiries were also directed to employers not to perform certain unfair labor practices under section 15 of the Industrial Relations Ordinance, 1969.
