The Prohibition (Enforcement Head) Order 1979 did not prove allegations of drug sale and sale by the prosecution as evidence of the Arts 3 and 4 evidence, only 1 25 of which was heroin and 70 were found to be drug addicts. The rest of the men were in recovery. The trial court was found guilty by the trial court under Article 3, Prohibition (Enforcement Head) Order, 1979 and the charge was changed by the Federal Shariat Court from Article 3 to Article 4 Prohibition (Enforcement Hadith) Order 1979. And as the quantity recovered was not attracted by drug order by Article 4, the convict was also sentenced to 7 years imprisonment up to 2 years imprisonment.
