Constitution of Pakistan 1973 Article 143, Schedule IV, Item No. 2 Cantonment Act (Second 1924), Sections 198, 199, 200 and 202 Punjab Agricultural Products Market Ordinance (XXIII of 1978), Sections 3, 4, 5, 8 and 9 Right Containment Establishing a public or private market in the areas of the special law ignores the principle of federal law applying to legislate in relation to the common law, areas that form part of the cantonment, or the provincial legislature. In some cases the list of federal legislation under the shades, their rules, the constitution and the administration was covered. The Provincial Legislature could not legislate on the areas covered under item number 2 of the Constitution Act, 1924, under Schedule Item 2. The law, however, was also a law that dealt specifically with areas that form part of cantonment. The cantonment act, 1924, under the various provisions of the cantonment board, the cantonment market under the provisions of the cantonment board, 1924, should prevail over the Punjab Agricultural Production Markets Ordinance, 1978, and the provincial government cannot report it. The area of the cantonment board is to be a market under section 3 of the Punjab Agricultural Production Market Ordinance 1978, no market can be established in the area of cantonment except by the permission of the Cantonment Board or [Khan Omar Khan v.
