The Constitution of Pakistan 1973 Article 187 Appeals to the Supreme Court Rules, 1980, A XXXIII and Article 187 of the Constitution and A XXXII of the Supreme Court Rules 1980 does not apply, where the matter ultimately concludes with a decision of the Supreme Court. The two provisions cannot be extended to reopen past and closed transactions or to aggravate a case which is ultimately settled by the Supreme Court.
