The Government Assistant did not change the number of directors appointed by them for the purpose of the selection directors, so there were seven who were selected in the election and it cannot be said that they are in accordance with section 178 (1) of the Companies Ordinance. Violation, 1984 did not have the number of directors reduced by the official Assignee and the elections according to the High Court order were held correctly
