PAKISTAN AGRICULTURAL RESEARCH COUNCIL versus BARJEES BAIG
Service Tribunals Act 1973 Section 2 A Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Arts 185 (3) and 1991 High Court Maintenance Ability Employees of the Agricultural Research Council of Pakistan were sent abroad for higher education and their salaries and allowances. Was not paid. He was studying abroad. In this constitutional petition, the employee admitted before the High Court that in similar circumstances, other employees were paid salaries and allowances for absenteeism by treating them abroad and the High Court. Directed the Council (applicant) to pay the Respondent (Government employee) the required salary and allowance and other benefits that were made within seven days after the approval of the Council by the High Court in other similar cases. The payment was, that a dispute arising in the Constitution before the High Court was related to the terms and conditions of the employee's services. It must, therefore, be violated Section 2A, the W Tribunal of the Service Tribunals Act, 1973, had no jurisdiction to grant relief through employees, to consider the Council's dispute by the Supreme Court.
