MUHAMMAD ILYAS versus HUSSAINI
Law Evidence Order 1984 Arts 75 and 76 Sindh Rented Premises Ordinance (XVII 1979) Section 15 (2) (vii) Landlord's Personal Needs Evidence of Landlord's Heart Disease Second Evidence Landlord claimed that, premises Was on the ground floor with good faith as he was suffering from heart disease in evidence of his claim. The homeowner had prepared a photocopy of the certificate in connection with the e-section test, but the author did not inspect that the certificate had no identifiable value, nor was there any evidence. The result of proving the landlord's cardiovascular disease is that the rental controller will not make the documents admissible in evidence, or otherwise cannot be admitted under the law, as there is no case required under the arts which the landlord does not have. No objection was made to prove cardiovascular disease. Conventions 75 and 76 of the evidence have been made that may entitle the landlord to produce a photocopy as a secondary proof because none of the person actually owned it. The landlord was never accused of being lost, or that it could not be created without any reasonable delay or any other permission by law.
