Service Tribunals Act 1973 Section 4 Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 1212 suspension of service of service tribunals, with regard to matters relating to the terms and conditions of civil servants, shall include suspension of services of a civil. The servant and the service tribunal alone had the authority to decide the matter in due process, in which case the jurisdiction of the High Court was withheld under Article 212 of the Constitution of Pakistan (1973).
