Sections 3E and 4 Employees of the Sindh Service Tribunals Act 1973 Appeal Sanctions Appeal Sanctions Appeal Sanctions Section 4, the provision of the Sindh Service Tribunals Act 1973 was applicable only to civil servants and not to persons who caused the section. Exclude jurisdiction from the service tribunal. 3E of the aforesaid Act Legislature intended to provide a solution to the grievance redressal by inserting Section 3E in the Sindh Service Tribunals Act 1973, only to persons serving in the Federal Government or Provincial Government-controlled and controlled corporations. But other terms and conditions applicable to such persons which were not intended to be provided to the public servants in section 4 may not apply to such persons as the right to appeal under Section 3E, Sindh Service Tribunals Act 1973 May not be available. They are provided in the case of public servants
