In his constitutional application filed in the scope of representation, the applicant, praying for the provision of sections 2A & 4 Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Arts 25 and 199 of the Service Tribunals Act 1973, prayed that he would pass a class Had increased the salaries of the people.
