MUHAMMAD SARFRAZ versus THE STATE THROUGH P.G. PUNJAB

The statement of testimony provided under Sections 162 and 161 of Section 161 allows the CCP witness to stand trial for an adverse trial under the court, with its statement under Section 161, CRPC.
