GOREY INTERNATIONAL versus COLGATE-PALMOLIVE (PAKISTAN) LTD
Patent and Designs Act 1911 Section 53 Civil Procedure Code (V of 1908), 0XXIX, Rr 1 and 2 were subsequently designated owners of the controversial design for permanent injunction while defendants were the previously registered proprietors of the design removal. The petitioner's request for registration in favor of the defendants was temporarily denied in order to prevent the defendants from selling goods in the matter of advertising, publishing and sales for approval of the injunction.
