Submitted notice under C, 1979, when defendants requested building authority inspection, they did not provide relief to the plaintiffs / defendants, who filed a declaration that the building was demolished by the authority. The notice issued from it was illegal and the said authority was barred from processing the said notice by the plaintiffs suit was filed by the plaintiffs, under section 20A of the Sindh Building Control Ordinance 1979, from the service of the notice to the nine. Days later, after a period of sixty days following the delivery of a notice notice under Section 20A of the Sindh Suite Building Control Ordinance. Was to be filed, 1979 was required when the Act was done or intended under the ordinance and if not the authority did something which was not lawful, then the terms under the ordinance did not come into force. And will not be prosecuted. Was simply thrown out because the said ordinance was not given notice under section 20A and the sixty-day period did not expire
