And yet the petitioner had not filed a written statement before the magistrate. The evidence was not written so quickly that it was illegal to say that the magistrate's proceedings were illegal, that he would not give rise to the cause of action to revoke the constitutional jurisdiction of the High Court, as expected by the magistrate.
