The decision to restore the passage had already been decided by the Civil Court after the Court failed to appeal, moving a petition under Section 133 to the usual legal action with the purpose of defeating a court-approved order of a competent jurisdiction. Attempts to be ignored, the CRP order of the lower appellate court did not face any patent. Or late illegal or factual defects so that they can be excluded if the High Court's unusual jurisdiction under Article 199 of the Constitution Petition is sought.
