Pakistan's Constitution 1973 Article 185 (3) After the approval of the Civil Service Seniority Seniority, the Supreme Court, on appeal for leave to appeal for leave of seniority, approved that the default sanity, in the case of the applicants, was arbitrarily accepted. It cannot be withdrawn and without the adherence of the law; as the applicants are permanent officers of the department, their training period cannot be excluded while determining their excellence by law. And that the applicants have been promoted to the next party in exchange for the sanctity fixed by the forum, that cannot be terminated and that the province's chief executive has no legal authority to determine the sanity of the applicants. And, thus, cannot exclude that jurisdiction. Authorized Forum
