ABDUL QADIR versus STATE
Criminal Code of Conduct (CCPC) was bound by law in possession of Section 514 Crimes (Enforcement Hood) Ordinance (VI 1979), Article 17 (3) Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 203 DD Bail Bail against Property. And thereby, in order to ensure the accused's presence in the court at every date of hearing of this case, served him a notice under section 141414, on the terms of the bond which he had failed to discharge. Nevertheless, the CC applicant did not care to appear in the court itself, nor did the petitioner forfeiture of fifty thousand rupees by seizing the bond and attaching the writ. In order to recover the money, the accused had taken any action to attend the trial court, used his discretion appropriately and fairly. On the basis of realistic aircraft and was not subject to any legal weakness or material irregularities, the request for review was excluded accordingly.
