That is, 31 5 1992 the respondents / bank of the prime minister's agricultural reforms package distributed the amount paid to the principal and interest amount and said that the total principal amount was not paid till interest payment. The demand for the justification raised by the bank was clearly unwarranted. The Prime Minister has demanded that because of the letter and the spirit of the Package of Reforms, the bank has demanded that it was declared against the government's policy, therefore, without legality and without No legal effect has been announced
