LAHORE HIGH COURT versus MUHAMMAD JAHANGIR KHAN GORAYA
Article 212 (3) of the Constitution of Pakistan 1973 allowed the Government employee to examine the annual secret report against the employee by the relevant district judge for his remarks, which he acted as Judicial Magistrate. The Tribunal, whether it was serving, failed to consider the High Court's rejection of the representation of a civil servant in a disqualification order / decision, which shows that the High Court disagreed with the judge's negative comment.
