Registration of West Pakistan Unregistered Educational Institutions Ordinance Closes Sections 3 and 8 of the Medical and Dental Degree Ordinance (XXVI of 1982), Sections 3, 4, 5 and 6 of the Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 185 (3) Unregistered The educational institution and the accredited Medical College College claim that there is a medical college in the private sector affiliated to the Medical University abroad, the college was not recognized by the Pakistan Medical and Dental Council nor was it affiliated with the University. Nor is it registered by the University Grants Commission's inspection team, which is structured by Health. After inspection of the department, the college was informed that the college is non-standard and was started without the approval of a competent authority for the provision of medical education which was in line with the guidelines for setting up of institutions for higher education in the private sector. Violations The college was closed on this report. The inspection team was stopped by the Constitutional Request File Aid for failing to observe the proposed methodology by the High Court through the High Court against its closure because it was rejected by the Federal / Provincial Government. The pass was not registered as a legal institution and was not recognized by the University Grants Commission or Pakistan. Medical and Dental Council and it was not affiliated with the relevant college of the University, after failing to comply with the provisions of the law, it registered the West Pakistan Registration and Sections under Section 8, Ordinance of Had also blamed himself for the prosecution. 5 and 6 of the 1982 Medical and Dental Degree Ordinance
