Criminal Code of Conduct (CRPC) Section 497 (5) of the Conduct Rule (JCLV of 1860), Section 302/34/109 Guarantee, Partial Settlement Trial The trial court granted the accused on bail on the basis of partial agreement. While admitting that not all the legally-deceased heirs were compromised, the benefit of such a partial settlement could not be given to the accused at the bail-out stage; the trial court's exercise of discretion in favor of the accused was not sustainable, as was the law. In the view that the accused was granted bail, accordingly he was withdrawn.
