The appeal against the High Court order was also rejected. The petitioners did not take pressure while petitioning the petitioner for leave of appeal. Huey said he would not pressurize his application and would seek treatment for leave before the civil court's request. This appeal was dealt with by the Supreme Court with the observation that the civil court is bound by the court to legalize applicants' requests for a dispute decision.
