MUHAMMAD TARIQ BADR versus NATIONAL BANK OF PAKISTAN
Article 212 (1) (a) National Bank of Pakistan (Staff Services) Rules, 1973 Applicable to the Federal Services Tribunal, Employee of the National Bank of Pakistan, on the grounds that they were offended by the Federal Service Tribunal Maintenance Employee (Appellant). Appeal filed before the Federal Services Tribunal against the orders of the Department of Employment Bank (defendant), promoting the jurisdiction of retaliation, in view of the Supreme Court's decision in the case of the Federation of Pakistan against Muhammad Mubeen Salam and others. Appeals were rejected by the Secretary, Ministry of Ministry. Defense and others (PLD 2006 SC 602) subsequently reiterated that the appeals were again in view of the decision of the Supreme Court in the case of Mohammad Idrees v. Agricultural Development Bank of Pakistan and others (PLD 2007 SC 681). Was resurrected. Employees moved applications before the Federal Service Tribunal. Their dismissal of appeals was granted, but they were not allowed on the basis of a base order, on the grounds that when the charge sheet was upheld, these employees were ruled by the National Bank of Pakistan (Staff Services) Rules 1980. Appeals to the Federal Services Tribunal, which were illegal lawsuits, were not stable enough that any employee involved in the bank in question was governed by the National Bank. Pakistan (Staff Services) Rules 1973, except that they were incorporated by the National Bank of Pakistan (Staff Services) Rules 1973 rules and were reviewed by the terms and conditions of bank employees' services, and Was not revoked, replaced or canceled by the National Bank of Pakistan (Staff Services) Rules, 1980, which was an unlawful act;
