1908 of the Code of Companies Act XXVII of 1984 (XLVII of 1984), Section 7 Civil Court, the jurisdiction of the Companies, 1984, the jurisdiction of the Civil Court was abolished on the basis of the special provisions of section 7 of the said Ordinance. So, there is no regulation. Jurisdiction under Section 9, CPC, unless such jurisdiction is exclusively granted by the Federal Government through a notification.
