The final order was not strictly followed by the judgment of the Supreme Court, during the amendment, the unanimous order of the court, under which the existence of this case was remanded to the sessions court to re-establish its existence. Make a decision or otherwise worry about a breach of the peace. The parties to the land in the dispute and subsequently pass the order according to the law, the impending order was put aside and after allowing the parties, the Supreme Court's decision was strictly revised. The case was referred to the Sessions Court for adjudication. Add more evidence if the required constitutional request is accepted accordingly
