In the absence of any law awarding me compensation, the provisions of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894, and 24, cannot be served in the service of the owners of the acquired land, with the former effect. Under the provisions of the Capital Development Authority Ordinance, 1960, the value of the land market, which does not appear to be in violation of the law, cannot be interfered with.
