In approving the constitutional petition, the High Court asked the professor of related subject matter to examine the candidate's knowledge in this paper. The High Court after examining the candidate in the presence of the parties found that the candidate had basic knowledge of the relevant subject. And accepts the constitutional request. The course adopted by the High Court to seek the relevant professor's knowledge of the test candidate was not approved as it was the sole function of the relevant authority and the High Court had no jurisdiction to intervene in the matter. Disqualification period, expiration, higher order shall be ordered by the court f. The leave to appeal only in educational matters is denied.
